As a registered dietitian, I empower my clients by educating them with accurate nutrition information so they are able to make informed decisions about their health. As a certified personal trainer, I strive to provide realistic fitness coaching from a body-neutral perspective.
A healthy relationship with food and the body go hand-in-hand and are essential for improving your health and wellness. My approach is to meet clients where they are at on their wellness journey and help identify areas for growth and making sustainable behavior changes.

WHAT I OFFER
PRIVATE NUTRITION COUNSELING
Individualized nutrition therapy and support for clients looking to make sustainable nutritious food choices, heal their relationship with food, or who are struggling with weight-cycling, body image, or disordered eating. Private clients can work with me on a short-term or long-term basis.
Discover your motivation and build a sustainable exercise program with me! We will work to get the body moving and decrease risk of chronic disease, while also focusing on a flexible and enjoyable routine from a body-neutral perspective. At MMW, physical appearance is not our only purpose.
For those looking to learn more about nutrition and who are seeking additional support on their health journey! This is a flexible option to learn knowledge and skills through nutrition education without a lengthy time commitment. I offer virtual and in-person nutrition consulting!

I believe in treating the whole person by improving health behaviors from every angle, emphasizing self-care, and addressing all areas of wellness that affect our nutrition. My philosophy for all of my client interactions is rooted in the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating (anti-diet) and the 8 Dimensions of Well-being.
