As a registered dietitian, I empower my clients by educating them about nutrition so they are able to make informed decisions about their health. As a certified personal trainer, I strive to provide realistic fitness coaching from a body-neutral perspective.

WHAT I OFFER
NUTRITION COUNSELING
Private, individualized nutrition counseling support for clients looking to make sustainable and nutritious food choices, heal their relationship with food, or struggle with weight-cycling, body image, and/or disordered eating. Short-term and long-term counseling programs are available.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Discover your motivation and build a sustainable exercise program with me! We will work to get the body moving and decrease risk of chronic disease, while also focusing on a flexible and enjoyable routine from a body-neutral perspective. At MMW, physical appearance is not our only purpose.
