An Anti-Diet Dietitian.

I work with my clients to find balance, reject diet culture, and stop the restrictive dieting that can cause stress and anxiety about food choices. My philosophy is that ALL FOODS FIT.
As a Registered Dietitian I believe in creating a platform for accurate information and educating my clients about nutrition. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I strive to provide realistic fitness coaching from a body-neutral perspective.
A healthy relationship with food and the body go hand-in-hand and are essential for optimal health and wellness.
