Nutrition consults are a great option for those looking to improve their knowledge and skills through nutrition education.
What is the difference between nutrition education and nutrition counseling?
If you need additional knowledge and skills to manage/modify food choices and eating behaviors to maintain or improve your health, but do not desire an intensive counseling program, this option is for you! Nutrition consulting sessions are scheduled on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis and can be renewed from month-to-month. Sessions are purchased in "packages" of 4. This is a flexible option with no long-term time commitment.
During these sessions, the focus is nutrition education and small-scale goals. Each session is tailored to the needs of the individual, and the choice of educational topics are driven by my client's goals. While we will still take an intuitive eating approach to these sessions, we will not incorporate all of the principles. Sessions are offered virtually and in-person.

Introduction to honoring your hunger and fullness signals, promoting a more active lifestyle, and other mindful eating basics.
MEAL PLANNING & PREPPING SUPPORT
Planning nutritious meals, choosing delicious recipes, selecting foods at the grocery store more intuitively, making nutritious substitutions, and food prep tips
SUSTAINING CHANGES & MOTIVATION
How to set realistic SMART goals, stay motivated, and sustain healthy behavior changes.
