Available at grocery store of the client's choice within 50 miles of Milwaukee.
*A small travel fee will be added to any tour outside of the Milwaukee area

I offer tours as an educational experience for clients to learn and understand how to choose more nutritious foods. During our tour, we will cover how to choose foods that are nutritious, convenient, and within your budget, while also creating sustainable, intuitive habits. We will shop for new foods, and foods that you already love to eat!

During the tour, we can take an in-depth look at nutrition labels, how to read and interpret them, what to look for, and how to identify certain ingredients. We will spend time comparing products so that you will leave with a full understanding of how to choose more nutritious & delicious products. Do you ever feel like you leave the grocery store with a lot more food and snacks than you planned on? We will cover strategies for how to minimize impulse buying, identifying and coping with food triggers, and how to successfully navigate the store while being mindful and practicing the Intuitive Eating Principles.
