Available at grocery store of the client's choice within 50 miles of Milwaukee.
*A small travel fee will be added to any tour outside of the Milwaukee area

MAKE SUSTAINABLE HEALTHY CHOICES

I offer tours as support in making healthier choices, but also as an educational opportunity for my clients to learn and understand how to choose more nutritious foods at the source. During our tour, I will guide clients in choosing foods that are healthy, convenient, and within their budget, while also creating sustainable healthy habits. We will shop for new foods, and foods that you already love to eat!

UNDERSTAND NUTRITION LABELS

During our tour, we can take an in-depth look at nutrition labels, how to read and interpret them, what to look for, and how to identify healthier ingredients. We will spend time comparing labels so that clients leave with a full understanding of how to choose healthier products.

MINIMIZE IMPULSE BUYING

Do you ever feel like you leave the grocery store with a lot more unhealthy food and snacks than you planned on? We will cover strategies for how to minimize impulse buying, identifying and coping with food triggers, and how to successfully navigate the store while being mindful and practicing the Intuitive Eating Principles.
