What You Will Learn...

Healthy Food

You will learn about the 10 principles of intuitive eating in detail and put them into practice with my support and guidance. We will build healthy habits by setting goals and changing nutrition-related behaviors. You will complete self-assessments, journal exercises, and several other activities. Private counseling is highly individualized and tailored to meet your specific needs.

Healthy Woman

 Together we will focus on improving your relationship with food and honoring your body and hunger cues, as you learn how to fully trust your body again--without the restrictive dieting. Eat the foods that you love and feel great about your body while you improve disordered eating habits.


Learn how to appreciate your body for what it is and all of the beautiful things it can do for you, instead of focusing only on how it looks. We will begin by rejecting diet culture and the dieting mentality, and later move into body neutrality exercises.
